Speaker Biography

Speaker Biography

Dade is a manager based in HORNE’s Houston, Texas office. Dade manages relationships with the Texas jurisdictions with which HORNE works, tracks changes to federal and state regulations related to the Public Assistance program, and provides insight into the interpretation of and relationships between the various regulations governing the Public Assistance program.

Dade earned an English degree from Mississippi College (2000), a Juris Doctorate from the Mississippi College School of Law (2007), and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies (2008). He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Tennessee, New York, and the District of Columbia.
